Important Timeline Reminders
Two Months Prior to Match Day

One Month Prior to Match Day
Donor forms and all marketing materials should be sent to your fundholders so organizations have adequate time to promote their campaign.
Starting early helps nonprofits create stronger outreach plans, schedule social media content, and communicate with donors well before Match Day arrives.
Video & Media Support
Tyler, Director of Media Outreach, will also be reaching out to schedule a time to connect with your organization for video recording and promotional content. These videos are designed to help strengthen storytelling efforts and provide additional marketing materials for Match Day promotions.
Strong visuals and authentic stories continue to be some of the most effective ways to connect with donors and increase community engagement during Match Day campaigns.
