2023 YES! Fund Grants

The YES! Fund, Youth Empowerment for Success, celebrates over two decades of catalyzing positive change in Manhattan by addressing the unmet needs of its youth. Established in 1993 in response to the discovery that many young individuals were feeling neglected and disengaged, the fund has evolved into a vital force, fostering diverse opportunities that enhance the well-being, success, and sense of belonging among Manhattan's youth. In 2023, YES! Fund grants will specifically target after-school programs, acknowledging the varying levels of opportunity and well-being within the community, with a focus on initiatives that have demonstrated success in improving academic achievement, school attendance, goal-setting, decision-making, and positive relationships with teachers and authorities. Administered as a component fund of the Greater Manhattan Community Foundation, the YES! Fund remains committed to positively impacting the lives of young people and promoting a thriving community.
