Deihl Community Arts Grants
Grants from the Deihl Community Arts Fund are intended to support projects that fit into the community and public arts category. Generally, grants are awarded to proposals for projects and programs located in Manhattan and Riley County, Kansas, that are free and open to the public.
- Proposals should require awards exceeding $10,000. A detailed budget is needed to calculate all anticipated project/program expenses.
- Proposals generally should NOT be made for projects requiring ongoing support from GMCF.
- Applicants must be a 501(c)(3) to apply or apply in partnership with a 501(c)(3) organization.
- The funding focus at this time includes support for long-term displays and projects that are free and easily accessible to the public. All art forms are welcome as part of this grant program.
Grant cycles will be year-round, with the committee approving grants quarter Applicantsicants can apply to multiple grant cycles annually and receive more than one grant award per calendar year.
