Wonder Workshop - 2021

In 2021, the YES! Fund awarded a grant to the Wonder Workshop Children's Museum. The grant was crucial in supporting the Wonder Teens Museum Apprentice Program and Leadership Program completion. These innovative programs provided valuable opportunities for teenage mentors to take on leadership roles within the Wonder Workshop.

Through the programs, teenagers could contribute their skills and enthusiasm by participating in various museum areas. From Special Events and Discovery Days to Fundraising Events and the Think Big Summer Camp programs, these young leaders played integral roles in creating memorable experiences for visitors and engaging with the community.

The grant from the YES! Fund allowed the Wonder Workshop to empower these teenage mentors, enabling them to develop leadership skills, foster creativity, and positively impact the lives of younger children who visited the museum.
