Boys & Girls Club - 2021

The Boys and Girls Club takes great pride in its dedication to serving low-income families within the community. Throughout 2021, the club made significant strides in positively impacting more students and creating additional opportunities for club members to enhance their physical activity and social skills. Recognizing the importance of their mission in supporting children and families, the Boys and Girls Club was awarded a YES! Fund grant, enabling them to further their efforts.

The Boys and Girls Club successfully expanded its outreach within the community over the 2021 year. With a commitment to their mission, the club now serves a remarkable number of over 1,430 children, providing essential support to families through various means such as scholarships, before and after school programs, and the free/reduced lunch program. These initiatives play a vital role in ensuring that children from low-income backgrounds receive the necessary assistance and opportunities for their overall development.

Through the combined efforts of the Boys and Girls Club and the support of the YES! Fund grant, Boys and Girls Club continues positively impacting the lives of children and families within the community. Their unwavering commitment to serving low-income families has allowed them to extend their reach and provide crucial financial assistance, educational programs, and support systems that contribute to the growth and well-being of the club members.
