Beth Smoller

Beth Smoller

Beth is a native of Kansas who grew up near Holton, Kan. A graduate of Kansas State University, Beth also received her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas.  After working for an insurance agency in Manhattan for over 13 years, Beth joined the Kansas Association of Insurance Agents (KAIA) in 2018 where she currently serves as the COO & General Counsel.

Currently residing just outside of Manhattan, Beth remains committed to serving her community and being a positive influence to those around her. In addition to serving on the Executive Board of GMCF, she serves on the Executive Board for Girls on the Run of the Flint Hills and is active in her church as well as her children's school.

I decided to become a trustee because I viewed it as an additional opportunity to positively impact the area in which I live and work.  I deeply believe in the power and purpose of giving back and contributing to one’s local community, be that through the giving of money, time, or resources. Serving as a trustee and as a member of the Executive Board is an opportunity to connect more deeply with other members of this great community, as well as assisting GMCF in improving the philanthropic nature of our people and improving people’s lives when and where we are able.
